Health and safety

It is the employer's responsibility to provide a health and safe workplace. But union activists and leaders have to ensure their employer fulfils their health and safety obligations in legislation and our collective agreements. These pages are to help PSAC activists ensure members not only enjoy their rights but also know when their rights are being violated.
