Negotiations for new collective agreements for most members began over a year ago, but the government has repeatedly refused our reasonable proposals for a just settlement.
Parks members have been bargaining since January, and each time they have been met with a reluctant, unprepared employer who continues to demonstrate they have been given no mandate on key issues.
During the last round of bargaining, PSAC negotiated improved annual leave provisions for public service workers who have had a break in service during their career.
